By accessing and using Execfy's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Execfy provides an AI-powered platform for enterprise integration development, including:

• AI-assisted CLI command generation and execution
• Secure sandbox environments for integration testing
• Machine-to-Machine (M2M) certificate management
• Integration project collaboration tools
• Real-time chat interface with AI models

Our service is designed to help developers and enterprises build, test, and deploy integrations more efficiently using artificial intelligence.

As a user of Execfy, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to breach security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the service to generate malicious code or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Using automated systems to abuse our API or service limits
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Using the service to compete directly with Execfy
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Our billing system operates on an AI credits model:

• $35 minimum purchase required for AI credits
• Credits are consumed based on token usage and AI model costs
• There will be some fees to cover our expenses
• Credits do not expire but are non-refundable
• Usage tracking is provided in real-time through your dashboard
• Additional credits can be purchased at any time

All charges are final and non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in these terms.

Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key points:

• Your data is never used for AI training purposes
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• You retain ownership of your integration code and projects
• We implement enterprise-grade security measures

Execfy provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party integrations or services
• AI-generated code errors or issues

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
• Remaining AI credits will be forfeited
• You may export your data within 30 days of termination
• All obligations and liabilities continue as provided in these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
